3 Bedroom House in Hochkrimml
Our cozy and spacious apartment is a semi-detached house over three floors. The entrance and the cozy kitchen, as well as the living room with tiled stove and terrace access are on the ground floor. There is also a small bathroom with a toilet. The kitchen has all the usual appliances, a dishwasher and a microwave. From the kitchen you can reach a balcony. The living room is furnished with a large sofa, an oven bench and a TV.
In the basement there are two bedrooms with large windows because the apartment is on a slope. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds. There is also a large bathroom with a bath and shower and a storage room with plenty of space for skis and luggage.
On the first floor there is a large and very cozy room with a double bed and a sofa that can be converted into a single bed.
You will surely have a great vacation in our apartment.

Winter:
A lot of rest and yet right in the middle: The apartment is located in the middle of the Zillertal Arena ski area and the next slope is only a two-minute walk away. Nevertheless, everything becomes contemplative and calm in the afternoon. In addition, you always have the opportunity to take long walks through the snowy winter landscape.
Despite the idyll, anyone who likes has several options for après-ski and restaurant visits - of course without having to use the car.
Summer:
Many hiking trails lead past the house. There are various routes, lengths and levels of difficulty. There is an outdoor swimming pool in Krimml and in a few minutes drive there is a beautiful reservoir that can also be used for swimming or boating.
