1. Loss of keys is a fine of 100€, which includes the purchase and replacement of the lock, the production of new keys, work, and possible defacement of the chip key. If the lock needs to be replaced at the front door of the building, an additional fee will be charged based on the number of keys for the entire apartment building.
2. Failure to put the keys back in the keybox after leaving will result in the cleaner not having the keys and we will have to come there in person, for which there is a fine of 50€.
3. Late checkout without our permission is 25€ for every hour started.
4. Any other cost or damage caused in the apartment will be charged according to the real cost and an hourly rate of 25€ to solve the problem according to the time spent.
