Nestled between the majestic 14,000 ft Collegiate Peaks of the Sawatch Mountains and the southern tip of the Mosquito Mountain Range, this peaceful getaway lies in the amazing Arkansas Valley. Summary: You aren't just getting a house - you are getting a property! The house is good - perfectly clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Fire pit right off the front porch for easy marshmallow roasting. Another fire pit down the lane alongside Chalk Creek, with lots of places to drop in a fishing line. In the other direction is the pond with a dock and paddle boat. The views from the upstairs of Mt. Princeton are amazing!
