Cozy village in the countryside with its own beach and jetty. Proximity to forest and beautiful nature. Large plot of 2000 sqm with several patios, barbecue and sandbox. Here you have the unique opportunity to enjoy Lake Sommen and its beautiful surroundings.
Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities such as dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster and electric whisk. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, sink, WC and washing machine. The living room has a sofa and dining area and you can enjoy a fire in the fireplace. In the old kitchen there is a beautifully preserved wood stove and armchairs. A staircase leads you to the upper floor with two sleeping loft. One room is a walk-through room, equipped with a double bed and a cot.
