Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and cozy place just minutes from Ludington. Enjoy Green electricity and heat/air conditioning with our solar energy panels. Great place for relaxing with a large family, with sleeping arrangements for up to 17 guests. Plenty of outdoor activities, inside fun and great times with the people that are most important to you. Hosts a full kitchen, dining room, living room and 4 bathrooms. Outdoor play set for children and plenty of outdoor activities!
The space is vibrant and allows for great memories to be made. The breakfast nook is a cozy spot for conversating over a cup of joe, or even expresso! The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cook a great meal and enjoy it together! The handmade table in the dining room is the perfect space for gathering with your loved ones for a good meal or even a game of cards or dice.
The living room hosts ample seating space with a sofa and two loveseats. Enjoy a good movie with the 75" Smart TV.
On the main level, there are two full bathrooms, one ensuite with the downstairs bedroom "Colorado Room" that has a king size bed.
On the second level, there are two full bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a stand up shower. There are also 5 bedrooms, all with their own Smart TV for relaxing at night. The "Azores Room" hosts a king size bed, smart tv and extra space for storage. The "Airforce Room" hosts a king size bed, smart tv, dresser and closet. Down the hall you will find the "Wyoming Room" that has a full size bed, smart tv, dresser and closet. The "Virginia Room" is our bunk room, with an L-shaped 4-bunk bed with a pool out trundle. It also contains a smart tv, dresser and closet. Across the hall, you will find the "Guam Room" with a full size bed, smart tv, dresser, closet and desk for a working area. All styled with luxury bedding and maximum comfort. There is a dedicated office area for those that work and travel, and it also has a daybed. Relax in the book nook and catch up on some much needed reading.
From each area in the house, there are gorgeous views. Whether it's a sunrise in the east or the sunset in the west. The open fields allow for gorgeous views, especially with the beautiful windmills surrounding the home.

Summary: This was a great place for a large group and we all loved the space and the surrounding farm land. There was ample room for all of us to eat together. The kitchen was very well stocked with cook and kitchenware, dishes and flatware. We enjoyed the fire pit and the night sky. Lyana was responsive to the questions and concerns we had. It appeared as though we may have been the first renters. Five Stars is a perfect rating, I would say it was 4 1/2 stars. There was supposed to be a pack and play there when we arrived which they did provide when we advised them it was missing. We suggested they have more hangers and places to hang clothing, more towel racks for bath towels, a clothes line outside for beach towels so there would be less washer and dryer use, tables and lamps on both sides of the beds with bulbs bright enough to read by, not enough toilet paper, suit case benches in each room, mixer valve on one of the showers wasn't working, no second egress in the house and no smoke detector at the foot of the stairs. Definitely 4 1/2 stars, 5 once they address the above suggestions.
