We are happy to offer our new lake place for rent to visitors of Greers Ferry Lake. This is a cozy lakefront studio condo in the BellaWood resort. This condo has a view of the lake and includes a boat slip in the community dock. The condo has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed (two twins)to sleep four. The private bathroom has a stand up shower. The shower is on the small side, but has plenty of room for adults. The condo also has a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, four burner cooktop, wall oven and microwave. A TV over the refrigerator is on Dish Network and can be watched from throughout the unit. Just through the sliding glass door is a peaceful screened porch for your morning coffee while enjoying the breeze off the lake. Continue on out to the large deck for a family cookout. When you are ready for adventure, head on down to the dock where you will be able to keep your boat in your own covered boat slip. The power to this dock is Solar, so it may not be sufficient to charge batteries overnight. The convenience of having your boat ready to go just a few steps away is priceless. We are looking forward to making this place our own and we hope you will enjoy it as well.
Please note that there is overflow parking on the property but there is only one parking spot at the rental.

Summary: It’s a beautiful area. Clean cabin, but it has a slight smell. No bed bugs or roaches. The mattresses could be better. Wish there was some wifi available since there are some dead spots. The tv is very old, but it’s not like we went to watch tv so it didn’t really matter. Towels were nice and plenty for 2. Checkout said don’t pile bed linens for housekeeping, so it made me think they reuse them. We didn’t interact much with anyone, but we didn’t come across anyone that gave us issues. We are Hispanic. People waved and were friendly. No weird flags around.
