Lost Key Policy
We understand that things happen—if you lose the key during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help you regain access. In most cases, there may be a replacement fee (typically $50) to cover rekeying or replacement costs, but we’re happy to work with you depending on the situation. Just keep us in the loop and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution.
Parking Policy
This unit is street parking only. Please park anywhere that’s available on the street, there'sfree residential parking on North McKean Street and Charles Street. Please do not park in the driveway as my husband works shift work and is in and out at all hours. If access to the driveway is needed for unloading or mobility concerns, please discuss with me prior to check in.
Pet Policy
We love hosting you and your fur babies! To protect the home and future guests, please respect the following rules:
1. Pet must be fully house-trained, no indoor urination is allowed under any circumstance.
2. If the pet has an accident, guests must immediately clean the area and report it to the host so professional cleaning can be arranged.
3. Any evidence of pet urine on floors, rugs, furniture, bedding, or walls will result in additional charges for extra cleaning, odor treatment, and/or item replacement.
4. Pets may not chew, scratch, claw, or otherwise damage floors, doors, walls, furniture, rugs, or other property. If the guest is aware this occurred, they are to inform the host immediately.
5. Guests must not leave pets unsupervised if they are prone to barking, chewing, scratching, or having accidents.
6. Any chewing, clawing, or destruction of the home or furnishings by the pet will result in charges for repair and replacement.
7. Repeat accidents, failure to report/clean a urine accident, property damage and failure to report will be considered a violation of house rules and can lead to early termination of the stay without refund.
