Welcome to our home and be ready to embark on a Poconos adventure with this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unique retreat! This centrally-located home has its own basketball, tennis & volleyball courts, along with a playground for kids. Our home is in a PRIVATE LAKE FRONT community with activities for kids and adults! If you choose to leave the community, the activities are endless. Camelback Mountain, Big boulder, a casino, a waterpark, Poconos Raceway and much more are all located just a few miles away!
*Just a note, we also have a queen air-mattress and couch for extra sleep space
The Space:
Under the Pocono skies, appreciate the peaceful sunsets and be sure to soak up celestial views of the stars at night. Our house backs up to the woods so it's a great location for some peace and quiet.
The living room is super cozy with lots of seating and blankets to curl up by the indoor fireplace or have fun with some games we offer. We provide a Wii, an abundant number of board games, a foosball table, a dart board along with sporting equipment if you choose to use the amenities by the lake! The lake in our community has a beach from access point right next to the tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts. There is a playground for kids as well as a big seating area to have a family picnic!
There are two smart TVs already connected to the internet for your entertainment. On the first floor, you'll find a full bath and one bedroom with a queen bed. We also have a couch and queen sized air mattress in the living room if you need additional beds. If you need to do your laundry, we have a washer and dryer located in the closet of the kitchen area of the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a queen and twin bed. The master queen bed has it's OWN PRIVATE BALCONY so make sure to use that to enjoy the views of the beautiful night stars. The second floor is also where you will find the second full bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils. Should you prefer not to cook, we are a 5 min drive to the popular Boulder View Tavern and delicious Gagliano's Pizza which delivers to the house! There is also tea and coffee for your morning caffeine needs!
In the backyard, you'll find an outdoor wood burning fire pit under a solar panel lit pergola. There is an abundance of seating options in the backyard around the fire pit along with room to hang out and roam around. In the front patio, you'll see a table and plenty of seating options to enjoy your morning coffee. You'll also find a bar cart for your morning, afternoon, and evening needs since it's always past 5 o'clock in our relaxing vacation home. We also just got a new grill!
Make sure to enjoy the daytime nature views and nighttime stars on our deck and patio!
