House Rules:
1. Must be 25 years or older to book and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.
2. Smoking, drugs, and vape use is not allowed inside and outside the property. A $1,000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
3. Please be respectful to the other tenants below you. Be mindful that you are not the only ones in the building.
4. Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays are not allowed in the unit, including loud music. Any noise complaints from our neighbors will result in cancellation without refund. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am.
5. No blocking of driveway. Vehicle owners must read street parking signs. The Host is not liable for parking tickets or legal violations.
6. No pre-checking bag storage.
7. No pets allowed. Violation will result in a $500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.
8. No mail / packages delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
9. Overnight guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not allowed. Violation will result in a $200 charge per person, per night.
10. No moving / rearranging of the furniture.
11. Please unplug all unused appliances, hair curler / dryer, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, AC / heater.
12. Charges apply for stained or damaged sheets and towels. If an excessive mess is found after your stay, additional fees will apply on top of the standard cleaning fee.
13. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items. A damaged remote has a replacement cost of $200.
14. The security camera placed above the front door should not be blocked or disconnected. No tampering with the WIFI equipment. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your stay with no refund.
15. The use or charging of any belongings that require excessive electricity is not allowed. You will be billed for any electric, gas, or water usage exceeding normal day-to-day consumption.
16. Guests are expected to keep the property and all furnishings in good condition.
17. Household inventory and appliances should be used appropriately and with respect.
18. Guests are also required to maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the home.
