Ein Hochstuhl und 2 Babybetten sind bei Bedarf verfügbar. Alle Steckdosen haben eine Kindersicherung. Auf der "halben Treppe", befindet sich die Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Bei Bedarf kann Wäsche auf dem Trockenspeicher getrocknet werden.
