Located in Granby Ranch, this gorgeous vacation condo is right at the base of Ski Granby Ranch (formerly SolVista Ski Mountain) and minutes away from the Jack Nicklaus-redesigned Headwaters Golf Course. It allows easy access to all of Grand County's attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 20 minute drive. There are miles of Nordic skiing terrain, amazing hiking/mountain biking trails right out the back door, Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil's Thumb Resort. The town of Grand Lake and the three lakes (Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake) are all within a 15 minute drive. Rocky Mountain National Park is 25 minutes and Steamboat Springs is 1 hour & 15 minutes Golfing, fishing, boating and much more.

This residence is a fantastic1 bedroom condo that is approximately 50 feet from the ski lifts and faces slope side. Also has access to the outdoor heated salt water pool and hot tub (fee required) which are just a few steps away from our ground floor deck.
This modern 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo has a spacious and open floor plan.
Living Room - The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, stone surround gas fireplace and flat screen TV.
Kitchen - The open plan leads into a spacious full kitchen and dining area. The well equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is an electric cooktop, full oven, overhead microwave, dishwasher, beautiful cabinetry, and most everything you will need for your mountain vacation. The kitchen table seats 6. The kitchen in our condo has a blender, crock pot, mixer, coffee pot, pans, and dishes to make meal preparation easy!
Master Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, bed side table, a large drawer storage unit, sliding door wardrobe with good hanging space and an additional flat screen TV.
Bathroom - There is a full luxury en-suite luxury bathroom with large sink, storage and a full size bath with an overhead bath shower.
Entryway - There is a large entryway for all of your coats, boots , hats and shoes. Also on the ground floor, your private ski locker is just a few steps along the corridor for easy storage and access to your equipment.
The condo has a washer & dryer unit.
The outdoor patio deck with chairs provides direct access to outdoor ski area and the adjacent pool and hot tub.
The unit easily sleeps 5 people. It has a queen bed in a separate bedroom and a full queen sleeper sofa in the main living room. There is also an additional trundle fold-out sleeper available with plenty of space in the living room.
Utilities - Gas Heating, hot water included. Cable TV with 2 flat screen televisions, and DVD player. Free wifi in unit. Ceiling fans are located in the master bedroom and living room.
Parking and Storage - Included for convenience is a dedicated private ski Locker, heated underground parking
Other - outdoor fire pit, access to the private swimming pool,m and hot tub (with fee) and use of two Weber barbecue grills
Winter Activities - In the winter - ski and snowboard on family-friendly slopes, try your skills in the terrain park, cross-country ski through miles of back country trails, or test your courage at night skiing and tubing.
Summer Activities - In the summer - golf on one of Colorado's top mountain courses, bike along paths or tear down some of the best single track in the West. Visit the outdoor pool (fee for adults and children over 8). So much hiking close by. Whatever the time of year, there's a world of adventure waiting for you at Granby Ranch.
This condo's location is perfect to enjoy the beauty of Colorado without giving up the luxuries of home. We come to our condo as often as we can, but when we are not here, we welcome families and vacationers to enjoy our home and experience the best of Colorado. The hot tub and pool are open and day passes are available for $10 per person per day for those over age 8. The unit is cleaned between stays and all linens are laundered.
