With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room space, we can easily accommodate a larger group. All of the bedrooms are spacious and designed for maximum comfort and include lavish linens to ensure you get a good night’s rest.You’ll have access to an outdoor pool, barbecue and pavilion area so you can have your cookouts while enjoying the beautiful Texas weather. Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties, please feel free to contact us through text, email or channel messaging.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully stocked. Items include a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and all the cookware needed to make a gourmet meal.
Outdoor - outdoor space featuring a pool, kids park, cornhole and a hang-out area to eat or relax under relaxing Edison bulb lighting.
Bedroom 1 & 2 Queen Bed - Queen sized mattress with comfortable linens and pillows located. Bedroom 1 located toward the back of the unit. Bedroom 2 located in the front of the unit.
Couch - The couch doubles as a full-sized bed and is large enough to accommodate most individuals. Linens are located in the extra closet near the laundry.
Piano- The piano and guitar are available for your jam sessions
Luxury Full Air Bed - For guests who have a group of more than 8 individuals, a top-of-the-line full sized Aerobed is provided and located in the main bedroom room closet. The air bed will not come inflated, you will have to inflate it yourself utilizing Aerobed's built-in electric pump - no manual pumping is necessary. The appropriate area to inflate this air bed will be in the masterbed or living room -- you will need to move the coffee table in the living room out of the way to make room for it.
Entertainment - WiFi, High-Definition Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ pre-installed.
Laundry - Washer and dryer are located in the unit with tide pods, bleach, and dryer sheets provided. Iron and Iron Board are also provided in laundry room
