Summary: Inside of property was clean. One window AC unit was not sufficient. Listing indicated units plural. Ants in the kitchen. Outside deck and backyard are unsafe for pets, young children and elderly. No gates at the top of the stairs. No handrails on steps. Small dog could go under the deck rail and fall off. Fencing in yard does not cover the entire yard and is not very stable. On back side of property is a very steep slope. Treehouse not in the condition of the pics posted in the listing. Looks unsafe. Grandchild didn’t even want to check it out after seeing it. Not a lot of grass in backyard. Front yard grass was high. I crate my dogs when I’m out and planned to do so. Listing does not indicate that it’s mandatory. Requested early check in and despite an automatic response saying you’ll be contacted, I wasn’t. We arrived a bit early and I called to ask. Was told property needed inspection first. Minutes later, received a text saying the housekeeper was on her way. House had not yet been cleaned at approximately 3:10. Property was not accessible at 4 pm.
