Note:This charming house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. While you will have exclusive access to the entire house, the number of bedrooms and Bathrooms available will be determined by the size of your group. This approach allows smaller groups to enjoy our property without incurring charges for the maximum number of guests. No other guest will be staying with you during your stay.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house listed in their booking, including the private porch, gazebo, and backyard, all set against the backdrop of a beautiful creek.
Please note: This gated property features three detached houses, each with its own private patio, porch, backyard, parking, and entrance. However, all three houses share a common gate that provides access to the driveway leading to each property.
FIRST LEVEL
-Living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room
-Bedroom #1: Queen bed and full bath
SECOND LEVEL:
-Bedroom #2: Studio-style Bedroom #2: Twin XL (38'x80") x 2 bunk beds, large sofa, sitting area, TV
-Bathroom: full bath shared with 3rd bedroom
3rd bedroom: Full size bunk bed with additional twin bed on the top and the bottom.

-Pets are allowed with additional Fee
-Children welcome. We just caution small children due to stairs and the creek on the property
-No smoking
-Occupancy limit 8 maximum. Additional people with permission only. Will acquire a fine and/or lose reservation if there are more guests than in your booking.
-Must be 25 years old or older
-Onsite camping in tents and trailers are prohibited
-No burning candles
-House towels are strictly prohibited to be used outside of premises.
-No indoor furniture is allowed outdoors
