Positive: I liked the aesthetics of the place. Wide and open. I liked how the room was also spacious and extra cots were free of charge. I also liked how the mini fridge initial stock was free. I liked that they had a kids play area and the foam party. I liked how the staff always greeted when met.
Negative: I didn't like how small the food portions were at the restaurant in Crimzone but quite pricey. I didn't like the breakfast selection. Almost only bread and limited selection(subjective and maybe other resorts are just better) I didn't like waiting almost an hour for sheets and blankets when needed. I didn't like calling for a buggy(golf cart) to pick us up but not having it come at all. For a 5 star place resort,I think the service and quality need to be better. I didnt expect a lot coming in but my experience was not amazing considering its supposedly a 5 star hotel.
Summary: Not impressed. Expected better
