Close to skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and hiking areas. Keystone and Mount Rushmore are within easy driving distance. Enjoy the zero gravity massage chair. Remodeled down to the studs. all new kitchen, electric, windows, plumbing, HVAC, wood floors. It's absolutely gorgeous. pet friendly. hot tub. grill.
Completely updated home with vintage barn beams, new beds, electrical, HVAC, and 4 smart TV's. Fast free internet and spectacular views. Enjoy the backyard patio and hot tub or covered front deck. The kitchen is stocked with pans, dishes, a toaster, crock pot, grilling tools for a nice gas grill on the back deck. We also leave plenty of spices and cooking oil. If it's in the kitchen, you can use it. The freezer also has an icemaker built in.
The master suite has a massage chair waiting for you to relax in. Beautiful open staircase made of steel and milled lumber. This is a custom built house. Park your motorcycle, utv, or atv under the deck. There is space for large trailers in the public parking lot 100 feet from our house. (City law now states trailers must be left attached to vehicle unless stored on private property.)

Enjoy the fenced in backyard and front deck. The home is yours to relax in. your dogs will enjoy the yard and you will enjoy the beautiful view while sitting on the comfy outdoor furniture or soaking in the hot tub.
Other things to note
this place is set up to make memories. the mining theme is evident and fun. it has all the comforts of home. the master suit even has two showerheads! if you want to take a bath you will enjoy the deep tub in the spacious main floor bathroom. we just added a massage chair in the master suite to enjoy after a day of riding or hiking.
Tools and an air compressor are available in the garage upon request.
