This cute little house has so much to offer. Tiled open plan living area with comfy corner lounge which is ideal for relaxing with a great book. Large dining table with chairs to accommodate six people. Newly renovated kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave and everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also an additional lounge room with TV that is located next to the sleepout.
Main bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has two single beds and there is a sleep out with a single bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower and separate toilet. Laundry includes a top loading washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sorry no dryer.
Double lock up garage with remote access. You also have side access if you wish to park your boat off the street. Inside the garage is the large hooded BBQ and outdoor table and chairs.

Tin Can Bay has much to offer! Choose a quiet relaxing holiday with a good book and an easy stroll along the Esplanade to enjoy the water views. Bring the kids as they will enjoy the paths with their scooters and bikes. There is also a skateboard bowl and playground on the foreshore. Tin Can Bay is also popular for fishing so bring the tinny or you can hire a boat if you wish to go out and catch some fish or mud crabs.
Only 30 minutes drive and you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Rainbow Beach so bring the surfboards and boogie boards. Rainbow Beach also offers a flagged swimming beach. You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off) and right up to the lagoon at double island point. Great spot for a swim! Please check beach conditions before leaving. 4wd hire is also available.
