Located in the peaceful village of Tiddington, a short distance from Historic Stratford-upon-Avon, the property is perfectly situated for a quiet village break.
We are located just a 5 minute walk to the Riverside - which offers evening entertainment, food, bar, outside entertainment area as well as a taxi boat river ride into town.
The space
This grand family home boasts large internal spaces for guests to relax and enjoy during their stay alongside a sun trap spacious garden free for guests use.
DOWNSTAIRS
Entering the property, to the left hand side is an office area, perfect for if you're working remotely. Beyond this, the lounge area boasts a large Smart TV with built in speakers giving you the ultimate surround sound experience whilst watching sports or a movie.
Moving through the property, the large dining room area offers dinner seating for up to 8 guests, and the large kitchen offers all the modern amenities required for a comfortable stay.
The utility room has laundry facilities, and there is also a downstairs toilet.
UPSTAIRS
Upstairs consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite. We have 4 double bedrooms, one with a King Sized Bed. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs in total.

If travelling from Stratford Upon Avon, continue through the village of Tiddington, past NFU Mutual on your right hand side. The turning for the Sid Courtney development is on the right hand side, just before the Home Guard Football & Rugby Club.
