The Space:
This condo is 540 square feet, located on the first floor. It features one bedroom with a king-size bed and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen and high-capacity washer/dryer have everything you need for a weekend stay or a longer visit.
As an urban property situated on a busy street, the location offers easy access to local attractions, but some street and city noise may be present. A sound machine and earplugs will be provided to ensure a comfortable stay.

Just north of the building are Downtown Traverse City Courts great for pickleball. There are 8 outdoor concrete courts, dedicated with permanent lines and nets and free to play!

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have sad, lonely barking dogs bothering our neighbors. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.
