Positive: Architecturally, this dar is absolutely stunning. It is a incredibly cool, beautifully restored property that captures the magic of Fes. The atmosphere is wonderful and filled with gorgeous details that make you feel like you've stepped back in time. Visually and atmospherically, it completely lives up to the expectations.

Negative: Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. We found them to be generally indifferent to our needs during the stay and at one point were stuck outside for 45 minutes waiting to be buzzed in.

Summary: Go for the beautiful ambiance, but don't expect much in the way of service.
