Picture this: you wake up after a deep slumber and quietly tip-toe your way to the kitchenette to brew a fresh pot of coffee. Soon, you have a hot cup of joe in your hand, steam gently rolling off the top of your mug. You look out the huge picture window and see the magical desert sun cresting over the Red Rocks. You unlock the deadbolt, swing open the front door, and are greeted by the most majestic sunrise you’ve ever seen. You take the first step out the front door and nestle into one of the patio chairs on the front patio. It’s incredibly quiet and peaceful as you have this place all to yourself. You take the first sip of coffee and watch as the early morning light dances across the rock formations. The rocks start as a deep red, reflecting the sun’s intensity. The light begins shifting and shadows appear as the day grows older. Moments like this are what you dreamed of when planning your trip to Sedona, and now you are living it.
Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:
• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind
We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.
You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Superhog. We do not see any of your private information.
Superhog will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $15. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.
