Welcome to Rosewood retreat in Kamloops British Columbia. This beautiful recently renovated daylight Suite offers everything you need for a relaxing stay including a private hot tub, air conditioning and king-size bed to recharge after a day of exploring. Located 5 minutes from the Kamloops airport, 10 minutes to Mac park, 45 minutes to Sun peaks and walking distance to many great trails along the Thompson river. Five minute drive to grocery store and access to many Kamloops golf courses.
The space
The suite features two full bedrooms, one with a king size bed including a smart 43” TV, the other with a double bed and in the living room is a fold out sectional for 1 additional guest. Suite features its own private entrance with smart lock and code will be provided upon booking. Full laundry facilities in the suite with all supplies included. There is ample closet space in the entryway and both bedrooms. The bathroom features a full bathtub, heated mirror, and all shower amenities. The kitchen features a full size fridge with built-in water and icemaker, dishwasher, oven. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything required for all meals and cooking needs. The Nespresso coffee machine is also equipped with free coffee pods, tea, sugar and sweetener. The living room features a 65” smart tv with all streaming services and a large kennel for your furry companions. High speed wifi provided.
The outdoor patio area features a fully fenced garden area and propane barbeque as well as a beautiful private six person hot tub to unwind after a long day.
The hosts do live upstairs so we ask the guest to be respectful, quiet time will be enforced. No parties allowed.
Note - we are currently awaiting a kitchen update so as of this time there is no dishwasher and the fridge water/icemaker is not hooked up yet.
There are cameras on site, a doorbell camera at the front door and one on the back deck to ensure the safety and provide liability for the owners.
