Positive: Amazingly helpful staff, assisted in every way they could. Great view, great gym. Great price. Great breakfast. There was an Iron and board! Good pillows, spacious room.

Negative: Shower wasn't amazing. Quite noisy even from the 11th floor (thin windows) Spa was a bit over priced, jacuzzi was faulty.
