Please note that for any stay equal or more than 28 nights, guests will be required to sign a special lease agreement called the "bail mobilité," which is designed specifically for rentals of 1-10 months. This is due to French rental regulations and simply allows all parties to confirm with the law in writing.

EARLY CHECKIN: Early check-in is possible from 9am if the apartment is available. If guests are leaving the same day, luggage drop-off and key pick-up can be arranged from 10am at the property but you will not be able to return to the apartment until the cleaning has been completed at 2pm standard checkin time.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Additional fees will apply for checkins after 8pm. No check-ins between 1am and 9pm. If you require a very early check-in or late check out we recommend you reserve the night before/after to ensure availability. LATE CHECK IN FEES: 8pm - midnight 30€. AFTER MIDNIGHT 40€. These fees are payable in cash to your greeter upon arrival.

The spacious and delightful 2-bedroom apartment at 100m2 is located in the tranquil fifteenth arrondissement and accommodates up to 8 guests. Airy and inviting this rental has been modernised with all new furnishings coupled with comfort and a new age feel. The apartment is a double occupancy apartment with 2 suites and can be rented out separately or together. Both bedrooms include 1 full bed that can be separated and converted into 2 twin beds. The 2 living rooms are equipped with sofas that can convert to a pull-out bed that sleeps 2 people as well. After a long day of sight seeing or a day around town put your feet up and relax with your choice of four Smart 4K TVs. There are a variety of channels to choose from such as Netflix, BEinsport, RMC Sport or the Champions League - for the sports enthusiast. The apartment also includes High Speed Fiber Optic internet, up to 1GB speed at your disposal. If you are planning on dinning in there are two fully equipped kitchens, this includes: a stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, Nespresso machine and toaster oven. There is also a third toaster and Nespresso machine in the breakfast nook located next to the second bedroom. In each kitchen you will find a washing machine and dryer, dinning table with chairs and plenty of cabinets in each room. The 3 bathrooms are sleek and modern, equipped for your comfort and relaxation provided with organic shower gel and soap. Throughout the spacious apartment are 3 private toilettes. We provide coffee capsules, mineral and sparkling water. The apartment is located next to one of the best gems in Paris, with just a quick walk you will arrive to the renowned Paris Expo Porte De Versailles where you can find several exhibitions and shows. Or take a walk around and get acquainted with some of the many local and diverse restaurants. Situated next to the Malakoff-Plateau de Vanves metro line 13 or the Corentin Celton line 12 both can sweep you away to the bustling area of Montparnasse Bienvenue to enjoy a crêpe or go visit the Eiffel Tower at night with its enchanting light show that brings a little more marvel to the end of your day. Whatever your fancy you will rest assured to return to the welcoming charm of your rental home, away from home. There is parking(not included in the price) at the main entrance just around the corner, street parking and also parking at the Porte De Versailles (marked Gate D) to accommodate those with a car.
