Robins is part of a 120 year old brick cottage in the small hamlet of Woodleigh.
Robins has a separate entrance off the parking area via a wooden bridge .which is for the exclusive of guests at Robins.
The accommodation includes a double bedroom with ensuite shower, loo and wash hand basin.
Adjoining this is a living room/dining room with seating area and TV and a dining table and chairs.
There is a cupboard which opens to provide a kettle, toaster and fridge , together with tea, coffee, milk
and biscuits etc and the makings of a cereal ,toast and fruit juice breakfast. Happy to provide yogurt if required.
We will lay up breakfast for you each day and tidy your rooms. You can help yourselves when it suits you.
The rooms look out onto our garden where we have a marvellous collection of birds coming to feeders beside
the bridge. There is ample parking.
If you fancy a cooked breakfast we are less than 5 minutes drive from two cafes which provide wonderful and
extensive cooked breakfast.
Woodleigh is surrounded by Woodland Trust land and the opportunities for walking here are magical. We are minutes drive
from the very beautiful River Avon where it is possible to walk on the old railway line beside the river for a couple of miles.
Within 20 minutes drive are some glorious Devon beaches, including great surfing and windsurfing beaches.
We are using cleaning methods which bear in mind the dangers of Covid.
