It is newly renovated with a kitchen/ living area, one bedroom with 2 twin beds and a large sun room/screened-in porch overlooking a colorful garden. It is complete with 2 cable TV's, VCR and fans in every room. The fresh water pond is clean and perfect for swimming and fishing! Tennis, golfing, antiquing, flea markets, art fairs, home of the Chatham Anglers (free Cape Cod Baseball League games), Friday night Chatham Band concerts (free and don't forget the penny candy store), 4 star resort Chatham Bars Inn, fine dining to carry out and everything in between, sailing, whale watches, seal watches, deep sea fishing, and the town movie theater!
