Positive: Location of the apartment is perfect, 3 minutes from the Opera House. Overall this place looks cozy and comfortable for 3-4 persons since it has two bedrooms with double beds in them. Nice interior. One of the beds (in the right bedroom) was very comfortable. There's a washing machine, a small fridge and a microwave. There was a lot of extra towels too. Communication with the host (or their administrator) was easy and quick.
Negative: 1. Cleanliness is something that really should be worked on. At first glance it seemed to be pretty clean, then we started noticing VERY noticeable (and disgusting) gaps like a bunch of black hair on the bathroom floor, dirt on the floors in the bedrooms, dirty floors just in general. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom which was a very unpleasant surprise to say the least. No cleaning means in the kitchen. Towels were in surplus but some of them weren't fresh. The couch in the kitchen was dirty. 2. One of the biggest things was a cleaning lady that started banging on our door at 10:50 in the morning of a checkout day (checkout is at 11:00) saying they have new guests arriving on that day. She started bringing cleaning stuff inside while we were still packing and asking weird questions like "did you stain the bed sheets?" (there was a small WASHABLE stain but how does it matter if you're changing sheets anyways? and why would you ask that?) "what are those stains on the shower floor?" considering how dirty it was in the first place.. 3. It was freezing when we arrived in the apartment since the heating system was off. I messaged the administrator, she told me what buttons to press and it started slowly heating up the apartment. Then it turned off, we restarted it. It kept turning off and the worst was when it turned off at night and we woke up in the freezing apartment again. +when the heating system is down there's no hot water in the pipes either. 4. A mattress in the left bedroom is broken and uncomfortable.
