While we utilize poison-free methods to manage pests, it's essential to note that as we are situated in the desert, occasional insects and critters may make their way indoors or be spotted on the property. Please keep doors and windows closed whenever possible to help keep them out. Please be mindful of wildlife including snakes and rodents, as well as bigger wildlife that may be passing through. The property is not fenced so you may get a visitor or two. Please do not try to interact with the wildlife, just let them go on their way.

-We provide the best WiFi available in the desert, though it is satellite-based and may be slower than you're used to. For those planning to work during their stay, we recommend bringing a hotspot for a more reliable connection.
-We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $50 fee per dog. Dogs should not be left unattended in the house unless crated, must be potty trained (no pee pads), and owners must clean up after them. Dogs need to be leashed when outside with the exception of the fenced area by the front door. The first $50 pet fee is included in your rate if you include the dog(s) in your reservation. An additional $50 will be charged separately for a second dog.
-The 1-bedroom studio on the property is just wrapping up its final touches and will be ready for guests in early December 2024. While some minor work may still take place between bookings, it will be done to ensure minimal disruption. A privacy fence separates the studio and main home, providing a peaceful and private stay.
-This secluded 5-acre property is shared by two units: the main home and the soon to be completed 1-bedroom studio. Both spaces are separated by an outdoor privacy wall for added comfort.
