This beautiful Sky Valley Resort home has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beauty of the desert and serenity of the mineral pools.

HOUSE:
This rare two bedroom, one bath home is not only in an exceptional location near the pools but has an bonus bedroom, deck and back patio. You will enjoy your stay both for the spacious home and outdoor space complete with mountain lake views.
The home has a bright and cozy living space with wall to wall windows to take in the views. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on the cable and ROKU equipped TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook including a keurig, coffee pot, kettle, coffee and tea. The dining space looks out on the lake and has additional breakfast nook seating.
The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed and ample storage complete with a desk + vanity space. The second bedroom has a twin size daybed with dresser and under bed storage--perfect for another person to stay and enjoy their own space.
The front porch deck has a lovely seating area perfect for a drink overlooking the lakes. The back patio is very private with a BBQ, eating area and a lounge recliner to soak up the sun.
This home comes with tennis, pickleball, basketball, pool towels, pool noodles and lots of games for you to enjoy!
INTERNET + CELL SERVICE:
AT&T gets super spotty service here. Our internet is strong so you can confidently work from home. Verizon/Sprint work great! (Highly recommend taking a swim on your lunch break.)
PETS:
One pet allowed with $50 pet fee. There are two lovely dog parks at the resort and plenty of hiking and walking trails.
PARKING:
Covered carport for one vehicle. The resort is completely walkable and this home is very close to the east side clubhouse with the mineral pools and hot tubs.
COMMUNITY:
Sky Valley Resort is the desert's best kept secret. Tiny houses and midcentury style manufactured homes meander around the lakes and trails. There are 13 natural mineral pools in addition to hiking trails, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. You can enjoy the bakery and cafe for a quick meal or a delicious homemade pastry. There is even a farmer's market every Wednesday! (Weather permitting.)
LOCATION:
30 minutes from Palm Springs, 1 hour from Joshua Tree and 15 minutes from Coachella Valley Nature Preserve. You will feel the peace of being away from the world in the desert but can easily make day trips or go to the store for essentials. The resort has a market cafe at the west side clubhouse and instacart delivers to your front door from Vons.
