Located just up the street Timothy da Costa, a noble and residential street, the apartment is close to the beach, shopping and the best restaurants and bars in the gastronomic center of the famous Leblon. Nearby, immediately after crossing the channel (8 min walk) it is already Rua Dias Ferreira, the busiest and gastronomic Leblon. It has both upscale restaurants like Sushi Leblon, for those who want to see and be seen (and point of many TV artists) as Sister Brigitte and Zuka. For those who want light and charming meals have Yalla, street Arab one, the famous Barn, also point of artists, or Venga bars, Spanish tapas, Stuzzi, Italian etc. The bars continue along the street and are changing public just like Belmonte, with a huge concentration of young people, or the Olive or Chico and Alaide, to a wider audience.
