The space
An original 1923 Craftsman renovated to a chic loft with special designer touches.
The loft has vaulted ceiling with exposed beams to set character, as well as a very spacious feel. Black ceiling fans with lights (remote controlled) offer some breeze if AC was not needed. The 3 main string lights offer warm lighting to the whole loft, when needed, dimmers are there to provide mood lighting instead.
One side of the loft is equipped with a full size kitchen, with new stove, new hood, new refrigerator, and new dishwasher. The ample amount of counter space shall be able to cook up a feast when needed. Hot water electric kettle and Aero Press coffee maker are always available, as well as basic utensils, cooking tools and pots n pans.
A full size dining table to seat 6 is there to compliment with the kitchen. This table is a restored and custom piece built from the wood reclaimed from this house during renovation. It has all the character you'd love.
Entertainment/technology wise, high speed internet is the base. There's a 55" TV. Sound bar is connected to TV and its on auto on once TV is on. Last but not least, Amazon ALEXA is connected. Alexa can play songs from Pandora, Alexa can tell you the weather, and so much more, just say ALEXA.
And of course, being in California, there's a outdoor living space right off the other side of the house. With custom umbrella mounts, there are 2 floating umbrellas to offer a lot of shade to the back patio. Currently, the patio is equipped with a 5 nice sectional sofa with coffee tables on one side, and two swirling chairs with propane firepit on the other side.
And the last but not least, the designer bathroom. Please see pictures, as words cannot describe them.

This is a very safe and walkable neighborhood. It's a short distance to everything in LA including downtown, Rose Bowl, Dodgers Stadium, Chinatown, etc.
