Quiet tree-lined one way street. Easy access to downtown core. Stroll to boardwalk. Quiet family-centric neighbourhood. Peaceful backyard with old growth trees.
Our home features stunning design and finishes throughout to provide comfort and elevated lifestyle.
Main floor has a beautiful sitting/ mud room overlooking the front yard. There is a large open living space with a couch and reclaimed wood table that is perfect for use as an office or additional eating area.
Connected to the galley style kitchen there is large dining table that seats 6 and overlooks the backyard.
There are two bedroom on the second floor. The second bedroom is currently set up with a crib but we can swap the crib for a twin bed if requested.
Basement has a large open space with a day bed, full bathroom, kitchenette and separate entrance. Can function as extra living space, third bedroom or separate apartment.
