When walking in the front door, you are greeted with an open floorpan living dining and kitchen with windows that overlook both the front yard as well as the backyard. All windows have motorized electric shades for privacy when desired. The kitchen has a 48" dual fuel range with 8 burners and double ovens. The 13' island has seating for 5 while allowing company to connect with the chef.
The heart of the home is the outdoor space complete with pool, green space, multiple seating areas, BBQ grill and outdoor 75" tv. The patio has 2 large umbrellas for protection from the sun when needed.
