Located in Beautiful South Redlands this spacious 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home is located near Historic Prospect Park! This 1700 sq. ft. home has a nicely landscaped fenced backyard with a shared pool with comfortable loungers, seating areas, shade umbrellas and inviting front porch. Inside you find a spacious living room, dining room, fully stocked newly decorated 40's kitchen with gas Wolf stove, washer/dryer laundry, beautiful quarter sawn original oak floors and stylish decor throughout!
The pool area, located in the backyard of the front house, is shared with the occupants of a 450 sq. ft. guesthouse. The guesthouse has their own separate fenced in backyard and entrances at the back of the property, but shares the pool area with the front house. The guesthouse and the front house both have two separate fenced in backyard. The pool does not have a fence around it, but there is a fence all around the property. Due to pool safety we do not rent to guests with young children. The pool is usually open May-September as it is not heated.
There are three bedrooms in the house but one bedroom does not have a bed and is used as a TV room. One bedroom has a Cal King bed the other bedroom a queen bed. All linens in the bathrooms and bedrooms have been tastefully selected.
Guests will have access to the entire home. Upon entering the home you will encounter a spacious living room with wood burning fireplace and a beautiful bay window with a stain glass window that was created by a local Redlands artist. Dining room can accommodate six people, has decorative chandelier made out of central coast wine staves and large door with side lights that open up to the herringbone bricked front porch. We have kept the integrity of the era of the home by keeping a 40's style with its blue subway and black pencil tile backsplash, vintage kitchen nook table and chairs and partial scalloped cabinets. High end appliances are essential in preparing that gourmet meal! If you have the need to do laundry we have a front load washer and dryer available to our guests. Enjoy the TV room with a large screen TV and comfortable couch and chair. TV room has sliding glass door that leads out onto the back patio. Lastly a hallway leads to two bedrooms, one with a King and the other a queen bed. Both beds are newly purchased and extremely comfortable. The full bathroom also found off this hallway is newly remodeled and has beautiful Carrara marble/gray tile features, walk in shower and tub.
