Summary: The room is nice but the service is terrible. Although the property is within a larger hotel, this particular unit is owned by one person. So when I got there I had to call the number from my booking, the receptionist couldn’t help me. My main issue is that on the night I got there, I noticed that my towel was stained. It was late at night so I requested that they bring a fresh one first thing in the morning. It didn’t come. I had to dry off with a beach towel I brought. I called again in the morning and still didn’t receive a towel until 2pm. If I didn’t have my own towel, I would have had to wait until 2pm to shower. I accidentally locked myself out on the 2nd night and practically had to beg before the guy brought the extra key. I had to promise him a tip before he came.
