This second story, 2 bedroom/2bathroom condo on Harbor Island provides perfect views of the beach. Relax in the living room or have your coffee on the porch while enjoying views of the dunes and ocean.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom also has a queen bed, and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a shared bath with a walk-in shower.
This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, and an on site washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a dining area for 6, and outdoor seating for 4.
There are beach access boardwalks behind the building that lead straight to the beach. Harbor Island is a private island, so you can enjoy an uncrowded beach within walking distance during your stay.
Pets are subject to approval and a $150 non-refundable pet deposit per pet.
The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Summary: The pictures of this property make this place look alot nicer. its much more run down when you see it in person. The floorings is terrible and has gaps everywhere, there are nails and hooks all over the walls like there used to be pictures and they just left all the hardware, and there was dust on everything. The living room carpet was so dirty, and there wasn't a single cleaning product to use (never had to bring cleaning products with me before). We have stayed at so many VRBOs over the years and this was the worst. the kitchen just had random pots and pans in no order in all different cabinets, we just really feel like we paid too much for the condition it is in and wont be back.
