With an inverted floorplan to maximize easy lake living, enter Dock Holiday on the main floor and step into an updated living with a reclining love seat and the perfect napping couch, a bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom (walk-in shower only), and a bedroom with twin bunk bed and trundle. On the lower level, your eyes are immediately drawn to the spacious yard and path down to the private dock. The lower level has a second living space with a cozy sectional couch, a kitchen with an eat-in dining table, and a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom (walk-in shower only). A large patio area provides outdoor dining for 6, in addition to a wood pellet grill and cocktail table, before walking down to the private deck and boat dock to enjoy the lake.
