*New features for 2022 include new stainless steel appliances, a side-by-side refrigerator with a water dispenser and a dramatic increase in refrigerator and freezer space, and a brand new stainless steel double oven with a steam clean feature. A brand new modern elevator with child-safe features was installed to service each floor. All carpeting has been replaced with designer laminate flooring, for guests that suffer from allergies and upper respiratory issues, carpet free homes can help alleviate these issues. All outdated TV’s have been upgraded to larger flat screen Roku TV’s that will allow you to log in to your personal account and stream your favorite TV apps such as Netflix, Disney, Hulu, You tube and more. Internet service has been upgraded to 400 MB for faster speeds required to conduct business while on vacation and 40 TV channels are available through the Spectrum TV app, all provided and serviced by Silicon Travel Past Projects.
Recently completed projects in 2021 include kitchen stone and stone niche project, a project in the interior great room included three new high-end leather sofas, two high-end leather chairs, and two leather rocking chairs, also all deck furniture was replaced with new deck furniture made by North Carolina owned company Built to Last.
The rear pool gate opens to a beach access path. Exceptional site planning allowed for Castaway Avon to be set perfectly on the property for the best ocean view and privacy. The first level has a tiled game room with a half-bath; an eight-foot pool table; foosball; a kitchenette with a sink, a microwave, and a fridge; a laundry area; and deck access to the pool. The attached den has two day beds with trundles. There is elevator access to all floors. All king beds have been upgraded to Continental LF Luxury Hotel Series mattresses. On level two, king bedroom one has deck access and a full bath with a tub/shower. Bedroom two has a captain’s bed with a trundle and is located close to the full hallway bath with a tub/shower. Bedroom three has a king bed and deck access. King main bedroom four has deck access and a full bath with a tub/shower.
On level three, king main bedroom five has a full bath with a tub/shower. Bedroom six has deck access and a captain’s bed with a trundle, and is close to a hallway bath with a tub/shower. King bedroom seven has deck access. King main bedroom eight has deck access and a full bath with a tub/shower.

Other upgrades throughout the house include new interior bedroom chairs and Built to Last exterior deck furniture (loungers, chairs, and tables). Spectacular ocean views are available from the large furnished sundeck and the interior great room.
