Loft with game area in main house. Bring your mountain bikes, snowmobiles, ATV's, water toys, fishing poles and ski's.
DURING WINTER MONTHS- IS IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU HAVE A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE OR SNOW TIRES/CHAINS.

-5 spacious bedrooms
-Main house has 4 master bedrooms with 2 King beds and 2 Queen beds, each with en suite full bathrooms
-Cottage has 1 master bedroom with 1 king bed 1 full bathroom
-Each bathroom has a vanity area with a shower and deep bathtub
-Two state-of-the-art kitchens, with brand new appliances including a double-wide refrigerator
-Oversized dining table that will seat the whole gang
-Has Starlink internet, stereo, DVD's and games
-TV is internet based Streaming only (Netflix, Fandango, Hulu, etc.)
-Lodge style living areas
-Main house has a large wood-burning fireplace plus central heat
-Cottage has remote-controlled gas fireplace plus central heat
-Walk down your own private trail to Fooses Creek, bring your fishing poles
**NOTICE - The Fooses reservoir is currently closed to the public and being decommissioned. Access on FS 225 is also closed to all motorized vehicles. Construction will be occurring until the end of this year (2024)**

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.
Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.
All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.
~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.
