The Perfect Couples or Family Mountain Getaway! Enjoy a little Rocky Mountain-style R&R at our beautiful spacious three bedroom duplex. Make yourself at home in this fully equipped mountain getaway, just moments from Steamboat's iconic “Champagne Powder®" slopes, the gondola, famous Strawberry Hot Springs and downtown Steamboat.
Quiet mountain home (half of a duplex) is located on Alpenglow Way, less than mile from the ski slopes. It is a split level duplex first level you walk into has a fully equipped kitchen, dinning space, on main level there is a bedroom with queen bed and small on suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms one with a king bed and one with bunkbeds and a full bathroom. Down another set of stairs is a nice living room with views of the gondola and ski area with access to a nice patio area to enjoy your surroundings. There is a king-size bed in master, a queen-size bed and bunkbeds and two couches in livingroom, there is also have a pack n play in living room closet. Dogs are welcome for an additional cost of $75 per stays for additional cleaning and wear & tar. Please do not allow your dog on furniture. Please clean up your dog poop, if we have to clean up your dog poop there will be an additional charge. Guest have accesses to the whole three bedroom two bathroom duplex. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, 1 gas-burning fireplace, 1 TV, 2 parking spots. You must pull all the way in please do not block the car port, we live on the other side of duplex and park there.
We offer outstanding comfort for a much lower cost than most other options for your stay. This Steamboat Retreat surrounded by nature. The Duplex has everything you need to treat your family to a week-long vacation to remember or to sneak up to the mountains for a fun getaway weekend. Our well-appointed and inviting home is located just a few blocks away from the ski lift and close to the bus line. We also have the benefit of easy access of entering into the 3 level duplex with one bedroom, bathroom, dinning area & kitchen on main level. Finish off your day with a warm drink by the cozy fireplace and watch a movie on HD flat-screen, or pull out one of our many board games and make a few lasting family memories.
When it’s time to drift off to sleep, you’ll find our mattresses to be very comfortable with high quality sheets and blankets to finish off your day in plush style. We have all of the extras that you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
The layout of the condo is ideal for two couples or families with a king bed in the master bedroom and second bedroom has queen bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and a pack n play for young kids. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the eating and cooking utensils you can imagine including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric griddle, full size stove, and refrigerator.
If you've never booked a VRBO property before, rest assured, it's a safe, simple process. It's no different than booking a hotel room. Your rental fee is paid by credit card (through VRBO, the property owner never gets the card number) which is easy and gives you the assurance that you'll get what is being advertised. We don't have a hot tub on site, but our low rates leave plenty of vacation dollars to visit the Old Town Hot Springs or Strawberry Hot Springs. These springs are what made Steamboat famous and both spots are lots of fun! This is a much better option than the small, crowded hot tubs that you have to endure with most rental condos.
