Summary: Hotel Double M is located in a busy street in Kuala Lumpur which is not accessible for the handicapped people if they want to got dropped off by a taxi or Mini Van in front of the hotel. The rooms are tiny, no windows and don’t have a sitting chair. Also, no refrigerator in the room and the safe wasn’t functional at the time of arrival. The TV has only 4 working channels and if you don’t speak Malaysian language or not a fan of Al Jezira, have no other choice. They don’t have a restaurant or coffee shop inside the hotel and not providing the breakfast for their gusts. Overall, I think the rating of this hotel is not exceeding than a 2 Star Hotel.
