Positive: The location is excellent. The breakfast is also very good—varied and featuring quality products. The hotel parking is also something to be appreciated. The room is spacious and very quiet. Very good Wifi Cleanliness is something this hotel can be proud of.
Negative: The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The fan wouldn't stop running, even after the room reached the desired temperature. Also, the fan speed was very high speed, even when the system was set to the minimum setting. You couldn't stay in the room with the fan on for more than 30–60 minutes—the airflow was literally blasting you. At check-in, the reception staff didn't provide any information about the room, breakfast, or anything similar—just the room number and the floor it was on. No minibar!! The electricity cuts off completely when you leave the room, so the refrigerator is useless. The room description states that it has a large double bed and a sofa bed. In reality, the bed is 140 cm wide—it is actually quite small. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. In my opinion, the bathroom does not meet 5-star standards. The shower enclosure has traces of mold in the corners, and cold water comes through for 1–2 seconds every 30 seconds while showering.
