This musically inspired loft is centrally located in downtown Rochester. It is steps from The Blue Cross Arena and Innovative Baseball Field. A few minutes drive to major hospitals, colleges, restaurants, nightlife, museums, and many other attractions that Rochester has to offer!
***Please note: there is currently construction being done along the frontage of the building, therefore street parking is challenging. (You may also hear machinery and workers talking throughout the day- earplugs are located in the bathroom vanity drawer if needed).
Therefore, as a convenience to our guests, we are providing FREE PARKING for one vehicle. The lot is shared with The Chamber of Commerce building, which is across the street from the loft.
We appreciate you booking with us, and are committed to providing a 5-star experience during your stay. Our customer service is outstanding! We demonstrate this by communicating with our guests after their first night to ensure that the loft exceeds their expectations. We pride ourselves on making timely responses to questions or concerns from our guests during their stay, and our loft is cleaned/sanitized by our trained professional cleaning staff.
While being our guest, you’ll experience the musically inspired and stylishly decorated interior which includes vintage record players and radio collection(for decorative purposes only), a mini bar to practice your bartending skills - be sure to share your favorite concoction on the provided note pad (no alcohol is provided).
Cook your meals by utilizing the fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home. You’re provided with pots/pans, a rice maker, mini indoor grill, utensils, and dishes. We also provide a variety of spices, condiments, a Brita water filter, and ice cubes in the freezer.
Our complimentary coffee bar comes complete with coffee and tea, a blender, mixer, a toaster, and waffle to start your day off right!
You’ll be entertained by streaming your favorite shows on the 55 in tv in the living room or 40 in the bedroom, a selection of reading materials and games for both the young and old alike.
The space
We strived to ensure that your visit is seamless and super comfortable. There is a lockbox located on the outside the main entrance (near the intercom). This is where you’ll enter the code that is sent to you an hour before checkin. Use this code to access the key fob.
***Use the key fob to enter the building by placing it on the smart pad on the exterior door. Once inside, you can either take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor. Once reaching the door to the loft, place the key fob on smart lock until you hear it unlock. (DO NOT USE THE CODE). Upon entering, you’ll find snacks and the house manual on the kitchen island.
In the bedroom, a desk awaits for you to complete office work/or charge your electronics on the multi- port usb tower and chargers. Fast WI-FI is provided to binge watch your favorite streaming shows on Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc (subscription needed), watching a show on the free Lg channel or surfing the web.
