Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex situated right in the heart of downtown Sandpoint (2 blocks from 1st Avenue and 0.4m from City Beach), you'll be just steps away from a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Whether you're in the mood for a stroll along the waterfront, a gourmet meal at a local restaurant, or a night out on the town, you'll find it all just outside your doorstep.
This is the perfect home base for exploring all that our charming town has to offer.
The space
This 2 bed, 2 bath cottage has everything you need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. This includes a full kitchen with all of the amenities, a washer and dryer (with supplies) and a cute and cozy living and dining area.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, bathroom/shower combo in room, along with a mini fridge, Smart TV and direct access to the patio.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and is very close to the main bath of the home.
The main bath is located just between the living/dining rooms and has a full tub/shower and lots of extra storage for towels to get ready, etc.
In the backyard you will find a nice private patio with a table and seating for 4 along with a grill for your enjoyment.
Guest access
This is a duplex (but feels very private), so you will have full access to the unit located at the back of the home, which is accessed via the alley, along with the big back patio, backyard and east side of the home (side with the pathway).
You can walk to downtown on the east side of the home (or same side as main entrance) or by walking out the alleyway.
Other things to note
Since the unit is part of a duplex, please only access the property on the east side from the alley.
You will find an assortment of books, a few games including (Sorry, Monopoly Deal).
TV's are all smart, but you will need to sign into your accounts for Netflix, Disney +, Etc.
