The condo is also a 5 mins walk from the lake, and thre are views of the lake from the condo balcony.
In addition to the above amenities, the TTC Streetcar stops is located on the major street intersection.
You can get around from the condo with multiple transportation means. The TTC has a streetcar stop by the condo, there are also bicycles for rent besides the condo. The condo is also located about 15 mins walk from union Station
