This unit is on the ground floor with no stairs which makes it convenient for those with small children or with physical restrictions. We provide a pack-and-play if needed, and the sleeper sofa has a queen memory foam mattress. Laundry is located in the condo and each bedroom has a large closet. Our condo is close to everything! Steps from downtown, and across the street from the beach and Sunset Park! One parking space provided at entrance; second in designated general parking spaces in the condominium lot.
