We are in a matured neighborhood 1 mile from I295 Exit 25, close to Fort Bragg, and Smith Lake Recreation where guest can enjoy trails, fishing, camping ground and a great deal of outdoor recreation options for kids and the whole family. Area is perfect for the outdoors & this house is perfect for your indoor entertainment. Guest will be able to use their preferred routine mode of transportation. 1. Additional Accommodations: 10 guests max. Our guests may request up to three additional futons or cots immediately after booking when the booking is for more than six guests. The guests must also remind us of this accommodation 24 to 48 hours prior to check-in. 2. Party prevention measures: There's no scenario where we will authorize a party or event at this property.
