Summary: From the moment you enter this unit you are greeted with an amazing view of the ocean,felt like we were in a cruise ship. The positives: great view, good accommodations, potable tap water, dedicated parking, great manager (SUSANNE) very efficient, nice beaches (Lagun walking distance) and others within a short drive away, if you are able to climb a vertical ladder you could swim or dive in front of the unit which we did, crystal clear water. Susanne was good enough to acquire a propane bbq which we were grateful for. The negatives: No air conditioning in living and dining room only the bedrooms, no ceiling fans either ( because of that you have to leave both the front and rear doors open to get a breeze. The drawback is with leaving the doors open you let flies and mosquitoes in , which we’re quite a bother). Definitely need a car as you are about 30 minutes from grocery shopping (Centrum super market is good also carefour is a new large and very clean market). The bed sheets were polyester,very uncomfortable. We ended up purchasing our own cotton queen size sheets for our own bedroom and Susanne was good enough to bring another set of cotton sheets for the other bedroom. No washing machine so if you are staying for longer than a week be prepared to hand wash. Electricity is extra.. Overall it was a very good 28 days minus the flies and mosquitoes, bring mosquito repellent. Thank you Susanne for being very efficient, we all ready miss the great sunsets.
