Built to the highest standard with quality everything. Two expansive upstairs verandahs, with views to the Cape Ranges for sunset, or over the Exmouth Gulf for sunrise.
Dunes is next to a park, opposite Mantarays Resort with privileges to use the swimming pool as part of the deal when staying at Dunes holiday rental! ( Terms and conditions apply)
Four large bedrooms, two with king beds and two rooms with 4 single beds. The master bedroom, ensuite. All the living areas are upstairs allowing views of the Exmouth canals.
Three bedrooms and multiple wet areas are down stairs. Secure carport with room for two cars. Limited parking for boats.
Perfect accommodation for Wedding groups who may be attending a reception across the road at the Resort. Please note that you share access via one driveway and parking is limited. Break Away (which is also managed by Ningaloo Reef Holidays) is part of the same building and faces the road entrance.
All linen and bath towels provided. No pets are allowed on this property.
