This home is a duplex, and the rental is one entire half of the duplex (2bed/1bath) with one covered parking spot. Easily walk to hiking trails, St. Lukes hospital, downtown, and BSU. Enjoy unlimited street parking in a quiet, safe, relaxing neighborhood.

NO smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. This includes backyard, front yard, carports and anywhere on the property. Violators will be charged $50 per violation. Please review local laws prior to arrival. Please note marijuana is NOT legal in Idaho. Illegal drugs of any kind will not be tolerated and if brought they will be subject to fines at owner’s discretion.
